How to Order my Personalised Jewellery Gift
First, find the item of jewellery you want. Selecting the style, metal and size if applicable. The majority of our personalised jewellery items will have a text box for you to input your desired word or name in to it. Others have pre-filled selections to choose from. Either select the right option or write in the name. Order your item, along with anything else you want and order as usual. If you want your item delivered straight to your friend or family, use their details in the delivery section of the checkout. If you are ordering for yourself as well, you will need to do a separate order for your items.
Customised items are made to order, which means that there is a 2-4 week production plus shipping time, this could be longer, depending on public holidays and high demand. Once the production process is complete and the custom item has been quality checked, we will then ship your item out to you.
We will keep you updated throughout the production process via email. You will receive a series of emails updating you on the status of your order and a shipping confirmation email once your jewellery has been sent
