Daughter asked for a named necklace just over a week before Christmas. Placed the order no problem, was kept up to date with many emails. Received the necklace just before NY. She loves it so that's all that matters. We didn't think it would come in time to open on the big day but that should have been flagged somewhere before hitting the final purchase button - not once they have send the order confirmation email.
