I absolutely love this necklace & have ordered it twice now. Unfortunately the second time I received the wrong month pendant. However after a quick email to customer service (which was responded to right away) the issue was handled promptly & I received the correct pendant with ease! Such a pretty piece & is perfect as a gift.

Bracelets are beautiful. I bought two , one for each of my daughters. They both love them. Unfortunately one of the bracelets has broken via the chain. Not sure how to deal with the problem.
