Very very pleased with my purchase, it looks absolutely amazing and also at a great price. I was also impressed with the constant updates with every steps of the process, I thought it was a nice touch. Overall more than impressed thank you for everything.
After ordering the personalised bracelet I realised the last day for Christmas orders had passed. I emailed customer service and a lady named Justine responded. She was courteous and polite however she did explain she was unable to guarantee it would still arrive in time for Christmas. I would like to thank Justine for making me feel valued and listened to especially at a time of year when in retail it must be extremely busy and hectic.
Luckily the bracelet arrived in time and it is so pretty.
The necklace is beautiful, I think there should be smaller size available for everyday wear.
