Lia earings when reviewed they were so nice and just perfect for my look I wanted hoe ever on receiving them I had slight issue with one earing it was loose so I emailed Prya and asap they corrected the issues they sent me out new pair and the issues was sorted I didn't feel know tension and the customer service was fantastic. the jewelry is however so pretty. Thank you to the staff that resolved the issues so even if ur item is wrong you can always guarantee they will realove all the issues I had gtrat experience, also the design is beautiful the earing are heavy and not cheap feeling looks expensive
