These orders are shipped with Royal Mail and should arrive between 2-5 working days after placing your order. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are NOT working days.

UK NEXT WORKING DAY (MAINLAND UK) - 3pm cut off (Monday to Friday only)
These orders are shipped with Royal Mail and should arrive the next working day if ordered before 4pm.
Orders received after 4pm or on a non-working day will be processed and dispatched on the NEXT WORKING DAY, ready for delivery the NEXT WORKING DAY. For example:
- Orders received on a Tuesday BEFORE 3pm will be processed and dispatched on Tuesday to be delivered on Wednesday.
- Orders received on a Monday AFTER 3pm will be processed and dispatched on Tuesday, ready for next day delivery on Wednesday.
- Orders received on a Friday BEFORE 3pm will be processed and dispatched on Friday to be delivered on Monday (the next available working day).
- Orders received on a Friday AFTER 3pm will be processed and dispatched on Monday to be delivered on Tuesday (the next available working day).
- Please note of the Next Day delivery service, the following areas may take 3-5 working days: Channel Islands, Highlights & Islands of Scotland, and the Shetland Islands.
- Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are NOT classed as WORKING DAYS.

Orders must be placed before 3pm on Friday to ensure they are delivered on Saturday.

These orders will be shipped on a tracked service, and should arrive in 1-4 working days.

If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Unfortunately, these charges are out of PRYA’s hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we're unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you're not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
