Lovely but doesnt face the right way

The necklace arrived in an elegant packaging and looked beautiful once I had opened it. Then I tried it on and it was so difficult to get the icy chain part to face up the right way on both sides. Not sure if anyone else had this problem but that was the only let down especially considering the price.
