I live in NZ and the shipping was really quick :) I was not expecting it to come so fast but i’m grateful it did. I have been wanting to get a high quality necklace for so long and I found prya, I have done so much research and the quality and customer satisfaction has always been great so I decided to give it a try. The packaging was very cute and neatly done and the necklace is absolutely beautiful !! It is my favourite, I wear it everyday. Fast delivery, cute packaging and dainty necklace look like 22ct gold. Perfect length. Not sure how long the colour will retain but don’t plan to wear it in the shower.

The bracelet is beautiful and so well made. The making of the customised bracelet was super quick and so was the delivery. Items come beautifully packaged and the quality feels great.
I ordered two items and the customer service team very kindly sent them out separately as they were both gifts for my pregnant sister and the bracelet may not have been made in time for the delivery of baby.
Not only did they send the first item out without charging another lot of shipping costs, the personalised bracelet arrived in a week! Will absolutely be ordering from Prya again.
