Firstly I would like to say that I have never experienced such amazing customer service. I was sent hoops that turned out to be too small which were immediately replaced by the bigger size at no extra cost. They hadnt arrived so I messaged customer services and new ones were sent out immediately and I received them the very next day. The hoops themselves are stunning, I love them and I haven't taken them off since I got them. My skin is very sensitive but absolutely no issues with these. Very comfortable to even sleep in. Highly recommend this company and their products
