Amazing quality and service. The necklace is such good quality. Perfect for a gift. My sister loved her birthday present. I also love how they give you options to choose what chain you would like for the necklace. Also very fast service. I got told it would take 2-4 weeks for personalised items but it came within a week and they were also keeping me updated through ought the entire process. Deffo reccommend and will definitely repurchase from them again.
Looked rly good and well made but got sent it in silver when I ordered gold and now is taking another 2-4 weeks for the correct one :/

Ordered 2 bracelets but unfortunately had to chase up my order only to be told one not in stock. Not a problem but then had to chase up my order again for confirmation of delivery window. Beautiful bracelets on arrival & would definitely order again but whilst appreciating you are only a small company & it's a busy time of year based on my & other reviews it may be that you need to employ more staff to cope with the demand to avoid disappointed customers.
