I bought a necklace for my Daughters 18th Birthday. It had her name in Japanese. I was quite disappointed as it took 3 weeks to arrive so wasn't in time for her special day, however when it did arrive it certainly was beyond my expectations and my Daughter loved it. I did email the company for an update on delivery and to be fair they responded the next day. Overall I would definitely order again from this company
