Broken after 2 days of wearing it!

A beautifully handcrafted piece however it was gifted and worn for 2 days before the tightening clasp kept loosening throughout the day for the end to then come off due to it keep loosening. Absolutely gutted as I ordered it myself but it was paid for by my partner with all my children’s initials and my birth stone, I also waited nearly 6 weeks for it which I was happy to do however to receive and wear it for 2 days as he gifted it on my birthday for it to then break was very devastating.
