Throughout process of my order customer service gave me regular updates very impressed.

The necklace is fantastic, came in lovely unique packaging and made a fabulous gift. Great price point for a custom item. They kept me informed throughout each process, i knew when i ordered that it would take 2-4 weeks to make - plus delivery time so it does take quite some time before you get the item. It’s worth the wait but you have to be on the ball if it’s a gift and order i’d say 5-6 weeks in advance of when you need it, mine took 4.5 weeks to arrive. I knew this when ordering but i feel this is a bit too long. I would use them again if i was organised enough to order in advance otherwise i would have to rule them out due to lengthy production time.
