I've ordered my necklace over a week ago and I haven't received my order so can I get a refund
I recently purchased a Juliet Rose necklace which was delivered within 2 days of purchase. On realising I had ordered the wrong colour, I contacted Prya, who immediately offered to swap my necklace and sent it back out within 2 days. Absolutely fantastic Customer Service and very much appreciated as the mistake was mine! Beautiful necklace, beautifully packaged. Will definitely order from Prya again!
Looks just like the picture . The necklace is so pretty n it’s like a really bright gold colour so it looks really nice .It comes with a cute little pocket to put the necklace in as well .
