I initially ordered a bracelet and was really happy with it once it had arrived. However it did break and I contacted the company. Prya was very understanding and started working on a replacement free of charge with express shipping and managed to get me a replacement that I was extremely happy about. They were amazing to work with and I have since bought multiple jewelry from them. Would recommend
